Since 1972, Hon’s Wonton House, situated in the heart of Vancouver’s Chinatown, has been creating and sharing traditional Asian Comfort Food with customers of all generations. Using rustic, locally sourced ingredients and time-honoured Cantonese recipes, customers can be transported through tastes and aromas back to the infamous and familiar wonton houses of the Guangzhou.

From hand-made wontons and Pan fried Potstickers, to well spiced and simmered broths and noodles, Hon’s flavor filled menu will not disappoint.

Thank You, East Broadway!

After much consideration, we’ve made the difficult decision to permanently close our Hon’s Wonton House East Broadway location, with our last day of service on October 19th, 2025. This restaurant opened in 2020 during the height of the pandemic, and we are deeply grateful for the incredible support and loyalty we’ve received from our community over the years. Hon’s has long been an iconic name for many Vancouverites, and while this chapter is closing, our story continues. You can still enjoy your favourite Hon’s dishes at home — look for Hon’s retail products available in all major grocery stores across the region. Thank you for being part of our journey and for keeping the Hon’s tradition alive.
